How often do I have to book a package?
This depends on the services you need and what package you’d like to book. It could be as much as one time weekly or as little as one time monthly.
Can I book packages in the app?
Absolutely you can! When you go to book a new appointment, you’ll see an option for packages. Select that and follow the next steps.
Why do you say "estimated 15min"?
Pet owners know that pets work on their own schedule. We can try to be at your home for 15min, but sometimes pets may require us to stay longer. 15min is just the minimum amount of time we’ll stay at your home.
Can I just book single visits rather than a package?
Certainly! We understand that you may only need a visit here or a visit there. When you go to book your services in our system or on the app, you’ll see the options. Just don’t select packages if you wish to book single visits.
